Arganzuela

Arganzuela is such a huge district that a born-and-bred madrileño would never say, "let's meet in Arganzuela." Locals instead speak in terms of the neighborhood's many subdistricts: Imperial, Legazpi, Las Delicias, Palos de Moguer, La Chopera, Las Acacias, and Atocha. The lack of historical sights—with the notable exception of Matadero Madrid—keeps this blue-collar area largely off tourists' radar.
