A giant smoker sits in front of the two-story wooden structure, with rocking chairs on a large front porch and a line of picnic tables outside. Barbecue sandwiches and platters are what you would expect, served in heaping helpings and coated in messy, delicious sauces. A second location in Snowmass is open year-round.
