Katonah

The core of this charming village is made up of several gingerbread Victorian homes and a downtown shopping district populated with upscale galleries, boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, as well as a few family-owned stores that have managed to retain the feel of yesteryear. The village is also a cultural hub for northern Westchester, with the Katonah Museum of Art, Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, and John Jay Homestead (currently closed for renovations) luring visitors from the tristate region.
