The Best Place to Shop in Ein Hod, Haifa and the Northern Coast

Background Illustration for Shopping

Many of the artists living in the winding lanes of Ein Hod throw open their workshops to visitors, who are welcome to browse and buy. Between the olive trees and behind painted gates, look for signs on homes that indicate the sale of art and crafts from jewelry to artistic photography. Either start at the entrance to the village where signs point to the left or head for the village square straight ahead.

Central Gallery

The Ein Hod Central Gallery, an integral part of the artistic community here since 1953, carries a wide selection of handicrafts and art by resident artists at its space on the main square. Displayed in the front room are ceramics, enamel, and silver and gold jewelry, while another room, just through an arch, has paintings, sculptures, and graphic works.
