Located in the “holy triangle,” an area north of the Sea of Galilee considered to be one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the world, Magdalena upgrades Galilee-style Arabic food into contemporary gourmet. Using mostly local ingredients, Magdelena’s menu includes Christian--Arab cuisine with influences of Lebanese and Mediterranean traditions.
