Classics like Wiener schnitzel and cheese spätzle share the menu with more inventive dishes like pork belly with scallops or homemade pumpkin and walnut ravioli. Traditional Austrian desserts like apple strudel and Kaiserschmarrn (pancakes torn into pieces, with powdered sugar and blueberry compote) always make an appearance.
