For nearly 50 years sunset dinners have been a specialty with views over the island and harbor from the large, wide veranda of this yellow-and-green-dressed charmer. Leave the fish dishes down in the harbor, up here the emphasis is on hearty meat—grilled lamb chops are nicely spiced, lamb is slow-roasted in earthenware pots, sausages are piquant and punchy, and the salads enormous and fresh.
