Licata

City
ABOUT

Although its outskirts are unappealing, Licata retains a small and lively historic center, and anyone interested in history of the American landings in Sicily during World War II may well wish to pay the town a visit. You can find guided tours leaving from Agrigento. A more recent claim to fame is its famous restaurant, one of only two in Sicily to be awarded two Michelin stars.
