Ristorante Broccia
The stylish restaurant ("broccia" means fork in the ancient Sicilian dialect) offers local and regional cuisine in a refined setting. Chef Daniela Cappelli (sister of hotel owner Maria) uses elements of the surrounding Aeolian Islands in dishes that are both traditional and inventive.
