The Los Cabos location features the classic menu by namesake chef Nobu Matsuhisa---traditional Japanese cuisine fused with Peruvian flavors---as well as specialty plates inspired by ingredients local to the region. Despite the hefty per-item price, most dishes are served as small plates and designed to share, so be prepared to order (and spend) quite a bit.
