Most rooms at this small motel on the north end of Hyannis Harbor have harbor views and small balconies overlooking the water; its simple street-side appearance belies its spacious and immaculate accommodations, extensive grounds, and nice touches like afternoon treats and complimentary use of bicycles. An outdoor pool and firepits overlooking the harbor make this a pleasant base for exploring the Cape, and the Lewis Bay location can't be beat. In season, they offer a buffet breakfast (fee); off-season, they provide a complimentary continental breakfast.
