Just west of Highway 224 when you exit I–80 toward the ski resorts, this is a bargain shopper's paradise, with dozens of outlets. Tourists spend lavishly here, and locals find deals year-round. Among the 70 stores are activewear brands like Columbia and Nike, plus fashion labels Banana Republic, Gap, Polo Ralph Lauren, Eddie Bauer, and J.Crew.
