Built by the Von Trapp family (of The Sound of Music fame), this Tyrolean lodge is surrounded by some of the best mountain views in Vermont and abundant romantic ambience, making it a favorite for weddings. Many rooms in the main lodge have been refreshed with a rustic-chic design that bows to Austrian and Vermont roots, and there are activities galore in the fitness center, miles of trails, tennis courts, and an expansive bierhall.
