The rest of the food at Echo & Rig is pretty good, too: small plates and veggies such as summer corn with fresh marjoram are a big hit. Because the restaurant is large and dimly lit, it has a modern industrial hipster vibe. Don't let that feeling turn you off; you'll be hard-pressed to find a better steak dinner around town.
