Morning Glory Cafe
Eugene's oldest vegetarian restaurant serves up huge, hearty breakfasts and delicious espresso drinks all day along with a great lunchtime menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches. The interiors are decked with local art pieces and there's a small seating area outside for sunny-day dining. They also have their own organic bakery with plenty of vegan and gluten-free items.
