Wynn Las Vegas
3131 Las Vegas Blvd. S, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89109, USA
Why We Like It
Wynn is so over the top, it’s easy to check in and picture yourself as just another billionaire. Because the resort is so exclusive, it’s also a great place to spot celebrities.

Room
Rooms across the resort have a masculine vibe with wood panels, rich reds, and dark browns. In the Wynn tower, standard rooms on lower floors are configured as typical studios, while Tower Suites on upper floors are more spacious. In the Encore tower, every room is a suite, which means separate living areas. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that offer unobstructed panoramas of the Las Vegas Valley. Wynn Las Vegas rooms also feature a signature firm bed dubbed the Wynn Dream Bed.
Bathroom
Shelf space is a huge feature of bathrooms at Wynn Las Vegas; all bathrooms boast a deep bookcase (for toiletries and towels) between sinks. Mirrors have built-in lighting that makes shaving and applying make-up easy.
Lobby
Main lobbies in both the Wynn and Encore towers are understated; clearly the intent is to get guests checked in and up to their rooms. A separate lobby for Wynn Tower Suites is fancier, with fountains, mosaic tiles, and snack service. All lobby experiences across the resort have fresh flowers that are changed regularly.
Pool
Pool experiences at Wynn Las Vegas evoke the Italian Riviera. On the Wynn side, a chain of impeccably tiled pools is flanked by swanky villas and cabanas. On the Encore side, the pools themselves are smaller, and there’s more room for chaise lounges and daybeds. The Encore Beach Club offers a separate day-long, grown-up pool party with deejays and dancing. Over the years it has become quite a scene.
Spa
Each tower has its own spa; the one in the Wynn tower is larger (44 treatment rooms in all), while the one in the Encore tower, with several garden suites, brings more of the outside in. Both spas have steam rooms, saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, and experience showers.
Gym
Each tower at Wynn Las Vegas also has its own fitness center; both feature equipment from TechnoGym, both offer daily yoga classes. The fitness center in the Encore tower also has a juice bar.
Dining
The culinary scene at Wynn Las Vegas is eclectic. The Michelin-starred Wing Lei continues to serve exceptional Chinese food in a quiet and sophisticated setting. Around the corner, a restaurant named Delilah is essentially a modern-day supper club, complete with Art Deco design and Big Band performers every night. Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse highlights beef from the Four Sixes Ranch in Texas, which is owned by “Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan. Casa Playa, on the Encore side, serves modern Mexican food and has become a social media darling.
Drinking
The bar program at Wynn Las Vegas is run by Mariena Mercer Boarini, arguably the most famous and accomplished mixologist in the country. Drinks at the Aft Cocktail Deck and Overlook Lounge have featured edible perfume, while drinks inside Delilah have incorporated gold flakes and butterfly pea flower. Several of Mercer Boarini’s drinks also incorporate Electric Dust, a product she invented that speeds up salivary glands and creates a more intense sensation of taste.
Tip The Clean Market IV Drip Lounge, located on the spa level in the Wynn tower, offers several different rejuvenating IV treatments administered by medical professionals.
Entertainment
Entertainment at Wynn Las Vegas is notable. Awakening, an original show, incorporates acrobats, aerialists, giant puppets, and choreography in a 360-degree theater experience. No seat is more than 75 feet from the stage. The Encore Theater hosts big-name artists for individual concerts and micro-residencies. Recent headliners have included Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, Justin Bieber, and Ali Wong, to name a few.
Tip The 129-acre Wynn Golf Club is the only resort golf course on the Las Vegas Strip. Former golfer Tom Fazio designed the original and also managed a redesign in 2019.
